About the event
The annual meeting will start promptly at 11 am on Sunday, February 9, after the 10 am worship service (no 9 am service on this day).
It is important for all members to attend this meeting to be informed of the work being done at the church. A quorum of the voting members is required to conduct business, receive the reports, accept the proposed financial guidelines for 2025, and approve the slate of candidates for the executive committee, congregation council, and the nominating committee. We would like every member to be part of the annual meeting and hope you will be present.
The 2024 Annual Report booklet will be available at church by Sunday, February 2 for members to take home and read prior to attending the meeting. It can also be sent via email by request.
