Music at our 11 am service will be provided by the the King's Guard band, consisting of 76 kadetts. Join us in the church parking lot at 2 pm for a routine from the drill team. Free!

About the event
As part of the capital's defense, the Guard will be able to support the police in crisis situations such as natural disasters, major accidents and terrorist attacks.
Perhaps the most famous company of the Guard is the 3rd Guards Company. The company consists of a music and drill troop and is considered one of the best in the world in the combination of music and drill. The company is highly sought after and is invited to participate in tattoos and ceremonies all over the world. Forsvaret.no
Schedule:
9 am at Norway House: Light breakfast
11 am at Mindekirken: Norwegian Service with music provided by the King's Guard band
12-2 pm at Mindekirken: Lunch/kirkekaffe
2 pm in the parking lot: Outdoor march & dancing

There will be no 9 am service at Mindekirken this day, but please join us at Norway House for a 9 am Mother's Day breakfast with the 3rd Guards Company.
At 2 pm, there will be music and dancing in the parking lot following the Drill Unit's routine- consider this an early Syttende mai celebration; bunads are encouraged!
